Zlote Tarasy is a shopping and entertainment complex in the center of Warsaw, located next to the main railway station in the capital of Poland - Warszawa Centralna. The official GBP exchange rate on the day of our visit was 4.78 PLN for 1 British Pound, so the rate offered at Zlote Tarasy currency exchange office (4.67 PLN/GBP) was by 0.11 PLN or 2.3% lower than the market rate.
At the same time, GBP exchange rate at the train station was 4.60 PLN/GBP (lower by 0.07 PLN) and Tavex was offering 4.734 PLN for 1 British Pound.
CHF to PLN exchange rate at Zlote Tarasy
The official CHF exchange rate at the time was 4.01 PLN for 1 Swiss Franc, so the rate offered at the shopping mall (3.94 PLN/CHF) was by 0.07 PLN or 1.7% lower than the market rate.
