There are two train stations that are mainly used in Valencia, Spain - Valencia Nord station for medium-distance trains and Joaquin Sorolla for long-distance trains. Even if these train stations are close to each other, you can take a free shuttle bus between Valencia Nord and Joaquin Sorolla stations.
As the distance between shuttle bus stops at Valencia Nord and Joaquin Sorolla is only about 600 meters and can be easily covered on foot in 7-10 minutes, taking a shuttle bus might not necessarily be the fastest way for traveling between the train stations. Normally you will be spending more time waiting for the bus to depart than riding on the bus itself.
